How do Incentivesmart's prices compare to other loyalty platforms?
We strongly believe in win/win relationships with our customers which is why we have no- set up fees, our management fees are kept low and rewards points are only billed for when they are redeemed. This pricing model means that we are fully invested in the success of your customer loyalty or employee rewards programme.
How do I know which plan is best for my business?
If you've had a look at what's included in each plan and you're still unsure on which one is best for your business, give us a call. We'll go through your requirements and business model and advise on which plan is more suitable for you.
Can I pay my plan on a monthly basis?
Yes, you can pay for your plan monthly. However, if you pay on an annual basis you'll save 10%.
What type of support is included in each plan?
Every plan includes an onboarding process, as well as a live chat member support for your users.
The Premium and Enterprise plan includes a dedicated Client Success Manager.
The Enterprise plan also includes the option to have a bespoke SLA created to suit your business needs.
How many emails can I send with each plan?
Every plan includes a standard monthly engagement email with your branding to your users.
You can also have bespoke emails created but these will incur additional costs.
