How do you support the users of my programme?
Your programme will include a branded live chat member support where your users can reach out to our team for support. Whether this is related to a reward order, navigating on the programme or any other questions they have, we're here to help.
As standard, we endeavour to respond to all support questions within 1 working hour. For those on the enterprise plan, we can create a bespoke service level agreement.
