With the help of a Product Specialist, you will receive both technical guidance to properly configure the software, campaign assistance to leverage the Incentivesmart tools and access to our loyalty methodology.
We want to really understand your business in-depth, establish your objectives and work with you to build a strategy for success. Before your programme starts, we encourage a period of discovery where we can really learn what makes your people tick, identify areas for improvement and develop an approach to your programme that will maximise results and give you an amazing return.
Onboarding will also include stakeholder system training and initial user data loading and testing (where required).
