Implementation & Onboarding

Implementation and onboarding is designed for all new clients using the Incentivesmart platform. With the help of a Product Specialist, you will receive both technical guidance to properly configure the software, campaign assistance to leverage the Incentivesmart tools and access to our loyalty methodology.

Premium and Enterprise Customers

We want to really understand your business in-depth, establish your objectives and work with you to build a strategy for success. Before your programme starts, we encourage a period of discovery where we can really learn what makes your people tick, identify areas for improvement and develop an approach to your programme that will maximise results and give you an amazing return.

Onboarding will also include stakeholder system training and initial user data loading and testing (where required).

This service may include, but is not limited to:

  • An assigned Product Specialist for the first 90 days from the start of your Incentivesmart journey
  • Assistance with the technical setup
  • Advice and guidance on integrating your existing initiatives and software
  • Guidance on developing, managing and executing your programme

You will also receive on-going access to resources including:

  • Incentivesmart Help Centre
  • Support Team
  • Your Customer Success Manager
