How do I know which plan is right for my business?

The key differences between plans come down to the level of customisation and account management you want. Our higher-tier plans include bespoke branding and design of your platform, a dedicated account manager, and advanced reporting tools. If you prefer a more standard setup with core features, our entry-level plans are often the best fit. We’ll walk you through the options to make sure you’re only paying for what you actually need.

Can I start small and scale later?

Absolutely. Incentivesmart is designed to grow with you. You can start with a basic plan, test the impact, and layer in more features or participants over time.

I don't have 50 employees. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Our standard plans start with a minimum of 50 members, but we often work with smaller teams too. Just get in touch and tell us a bit about where you’re at, and we’ll be happy to find an approach that fits your size and goals.

That minimum isn’t about limiting access, it’s about making sure your programme is set up to grow with you. So whether you’re at 20, 30, or 49 people, we’ll help you build something that’s future-ready from day one.

Is there a free trial or pilot programme available?

We don’t offer free trials, but we do offer what matters more: fast setup, full support, and the ability to launch your employee recognition scheme with a small group before full rollout. That way, you see real engagement, real impact, and real value before scaling.

If I had an unlimited budget, what does a “best-in-class” programme look like?

You’ll only ever pay for rewards when they’re actually redeemed, meaning you’re not paying for potential, you’re paying for real engagement and real results. No. Our rewards and recognition software pricing includes platform access, reporting, and support. You only pay for points when they’re redeemed, not earned, keeping your reward system budget predictable.

Is pricing inclusive of VAT or other taxes?

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. We provide full tax breakdowns for finance teams managing corporate rewards programmes.

What does “points billed only when redeemed” actually mean?

It means we honour one of our core brand promises: Pay for Performance. With our employee rewards points system, you’re only billed when points are actually redeemed, never before. There’s no cost for unused points, no wasted budget, and no guessing. Can Incentivesmart integrate with our HR or payroll software?

We have integration capabilities, and we’re always happy to explore what’s possible. Our technical development team will work with you to assess the best approach based on your systems, goals, and available APIs. For more advanced or bespoke integrations, there may be additional development costs. Alternatively, many clients use our Resource Hub as a central launchpad, linking out to key platforms so employees can access everything they need in one place.

Can we add our own rewards or company perks?

Yes, this option is available on our enterprise packages. If you’re looking to offer custom rewards that reflect your company culture, like extra holiday, branded merchandise, or internal perks, we’ll help you build them into your employee recognition programme alongside our existing reward catalogue. It’s a great fit for businesses that want more control and customisation.
