We strongly believe in win:win relationships with our customers, which is why we have low set up fees and our management fees are kept lean. Plus, reward points are only billed for when they are redeemed, not when they are issued. How do I know which plan is best for my business?

If you’ve had a look at what’s included in each plan and you’re still unsure of which one is best for your business, give us a call. We’ll go through your requirements and business model and advise on which plan is more suitable for you.

Can I pay my plan on a monthly basis?

Yes, you can pay for your plan monthly. However, there are great savings if you pay on an annual basis, or sign for longer periods.

What type of support is included in each plan?

Every plan includes onboarding and training based on our proven Traction Framework to get you started, this is tailored based on your requirements and plan. Your Client Success Manager will offer ongoing support and training for your stakeholders. Our comprehensive Help Centre and Message Centre offer 24/7 support by telephone, email, or live chat.

What communications are offered with each plan?

Every plan includes in-built email communications as standard. These include transactional emails to improve acquisition, engagement and retention. For Enterprise plans communications can be fully customised. We also create monthly Rewards and Perks focused emails to keep your audience focused on their goals which feature your branding.
