The recipient would receive a reward code that they entered within a bespoke reward system to obtain their well-deserved points. These points could then be spent in an extensive online reward catalogue, offering items suitable for everyone. From the latest gadgets, books, jewellery, luxury holidays and much more.
The recruiters were also able to earn points for referring friends to work for the business, their birthday, work anniversaries and being nominated by employees.
