Aimee joined Incentivesmart in 2020 as the Finance and Operations Assistant. Within a short time, she was promoted to Financial Accountant.
Aimee is the go-to person for all things, you guessed it – finance related, supporting both our clients and our own business. When she’s not studying for her next finance exams, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the gym and making her home beautiful!
Aimee is a fantastic asset to our team and went on to become “Incentivesmarty of the year” in 2020!

Hi Aimee! Let’s start with a bit about your work background and experience.
I started working from a young age, at just 13, at my parents company during the school holidays. I would help them out with the admin and took a keen interest in the financial side of the business. My career has just evolved from there! I am still going through my studies and learning something new every day! My goal is to become Head of Finance.
