Erin was one of the first people to join the Incentivesmart family back in 2013. As Operations Manager, Erin looks after the reward catalogue, bespoke client requests and manages our supplier relationships. 

You'll never see Erin without a smile on her face, especially if anything Disney-related is in conversation! Let's get to know her...

Hi Erin! Let's start with a bit about your work background and experience.

I came to Incentivesmart in 2013 with a retail and banking background. This job was very different from anything I’d done before, but I was able to bring a lot of retail experience to the role. My role is Operations Manager and I handle a lot of the reward based activity as well as bespoke requests and dealing with the ins and outs with suppliers. I help out with customer service queries that relate to rewards and help out in a few other departments when I can – 8 year’s experience in the business comes in useful!

It’s been amazing seeing the company go from a handful of clients and a few staff, to the size it is now. I’m very proud of us!

What's your favourite thing about Incentivesmart

The people, without a doubt. We’re a family – we laugh, cry and bicker like a family should. But ultimately, we all look after each other, and the support is like no other company I’ve worked for.
