Meet the Team – Jen

Jen Norton has been with Incentivesmart from the very beginning… That’s 10 years of being an Incentivesmarty!

Known for her “Norton nuggets” of wisdom, Jen is the go-to person for… everything and anything Incentivesmart-related. Having experience in pretty much every department, she really is the glue that holds the business together!

Let’s get to know Jen a bit more…

Hi Jen! So tell us a bit about your work background and experience.

I’ve just celebrated my ten year work anniversary with Incentivesmart – basically part of the furniture now! I started as a graphic designer but took a keen interest in client success so moved into this department. I became Head of Client success for 4 years. After having my little boy, Freddie, I took the step into my current role which is Head of Product and Implementation.

My role now is a combination of working with new clients to onboard their programme and I also oversee the development team and project manage the new developments to our points banking platform. Over the past 10 years I’ve taken a keen interest in how the platform works and how we can continue to improve the experience for our users and clients, but I wanted to keep in contact with clients too, so I’m really excited that my new role gives me the ability to be client facing and work behind the scenes too.

I’ve absolutely loved watched Incentivesmart grow over the past 10 years and I’m excited to see where it will go in the next 10!

Tell us a bit about life at home.

I love all things interiors and period properties. Myself and my partner have spent the past few years renovating our old townhouse – it’ll never be finished but we love it all the same. Before Freddie, weekends were spent visiting market towns and walking around cute shops, bouncing from coffee shop to coffee shop, or out on my road bike, but now it’s more about the early mornings and play parks – but I wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

Time for some quick fire questions… Favourite biscuit?

Got to be a custard cream – although don’t dunk it, that’s just crazy!

Go-to karaoke song?

I have only been talked into Karaoke once and I can’t say it’s an experience I ever want to repeat! So if I had to pick a song it would be something short to limit by embarrassment time!

Good food, good company and a sleeping baby!
