Meet the Team - Roz

With 18 years of incentive and channel loyalty experience, Roz joined the Incentivesmart team in December 2020.  Her job title says it all really - Client Success Manager! You guessed it... She spends her days working closely with our clients to make sure their programmes are a success!

We love having Roz as part of our team (and not just because of her amazing bakery skills!)

Let's get to know her some more...

Hi Roz! So tell us a bit about your work background and experience.

What started out as a temp job in the wilderness years after university has happily turned into an 18 years and counting career!

I started off working in incentives and channel loyalty and it has always been my passion. Over the years I’ve also worked on employee engagement, customer satisfaction, ideas and communications programmes for a wide variety of clients. No two clients or programmes are ever the same and I love the variety of the industry.

As a Client Success Manager my job is to make our client programmes a success! I especially love being able to work in a real partnership with clients – to get to know their business, objectives and challenges so we can create specifically tailored programmes that really deliver results.

What's your favourite thing about Incentivesmart?

The company values aren’t just something you are introduced to on the first day and that’s it. They are lived and demonstrated every single day which makes Incentivesmart an exciting, fun and lovely place to work. There is a true shared vision for the company which is really exciting to be part of as we continue to grow.

Tell us a bit about life at home.

Roz2

I live in a rambling house with an even more rambling garden in Croxley Green near Rickmansworth with my fiancé Simon and 2 Siberian cats, Bilbo and Pumpkin. Simon also has two daughters who come over twice a week and are just as awesome!

As the Incentivesmarties already know, I am partial to a bit of baking with cakes and biscuits being my speciality. I’m looking forward to trying out a few more recipes on the team – they are very eager guinea pigs!

When not baking, I’m out in the rambling garden, or out for a run or in the pub!

Time for some quick fire questions...

Favourite biscuit?

My mum’s homemade walnut biscuits.

Go-to karaoke song?

Anything from the Dirty Dancing sound track!

Ideal Friday night?

Date night with Simon: Steak and chips and red wine at the local pub.

Cat or dog?

Cats – the more the better!

Favourite emoji?

Tea or coffee?

Favourite quote?

"Perhaps I'm old and tired, but I think that the chances of finding out what's actually going on are so absurdly remote that the only thing to do is to say, "Hang the sense of it," and keep yourself busy. I'd much rather be happy than right any day." - Douglas Adams.
