Are points-based reward programmes dead?

The short answer - no, points-based programmes are very much still alive!

A study found that 82% of consumers who participate in a points-based programme agree they are more likely to purchase more often. 

A separate survey found that 54% of consumers would consider increasing their amount of business with a company for a loyalty reward, and 46% said that they already have.

Earning points that can be spent in an extensive reward catalogue is more motivating than being offered cold cash. Individuals can set their reward goals and work towards earning and building their points.

What's the best way to reward my employees?
