Trial Conditions

To ensure a valuable and productive experience for your business, the following terms apply:

1. While access to the rewards catalogue and point allocation is included, the cost of rewards redeemed is not covered as part of the trial. This cost will be invoiced upfront as a float payment before the trial begins.

2. A kick-off session is required at the start of the trial to align expectations and configure initial setup.

3. Participants agree to complete a short feedback survey at the end of the trial period.

4. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

5. Each trial runs for a maximum of 3 months and is non-renewable. Continued platform access beyond this period requires transition to a paid plan.

6. Limited to one trial per company or organisation.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the trial, applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Have a minimum of 50 employees.
2. Be a UK-based business (if relevant to your service area).
3. Be actively evaluating employee engagement solutions for potential implementation (not for internal testing, benchmarking, or research-only purposes).

Your trial includes a streamlined version of our employee engagement platform to help you explore its core capabilities:

1. Recognition tools: Digital badges and public shout-outs.

2. Points & Rewards Catalogue: Access to a curated catalogue with a limited points allocation.*

3. Milestone Celebrations: Recognition for employee birthdays and work anniversaries.

4. Social Feed: See and engage with recognition moments in a company-wide feed.

5. Basic Analytics Dashboard: Overview of activity (limited access during trial).

6. Admin Tools:

   • Approval workflows for recognitions and rewards.

   • 1–2 admin users with permissions to approve and allocate points.

7. Branding & Visual Customisation:

   • Your company logo displayed in the navigation bar.

   • Choice of preset theme colours (no full branding or white-labelling).

8. Hosting Environment:

   • Trial will be hosted on a shared, non-branded domain.

9. System Limitations:

   • Custom role hierarchies are not supported during the trial period.

   • Stakeholder training will be limited to key admin users only.
