At Incentivesmart, our commitment to creating Rewarding Relationships is not just for our customers and colleagues, but also for our local community and our planet. We want to make a difference so we have picked two causes that align with our core values and mean a lot to the Incentivesmarties. As members of the SME Climate Hub we have also made a commitment to Net Zero and our starting our journey to achieve B Corp accreditation.
Planting 100k trees with Ecologi
Like many agile and creative businesses, we have the opportunity to lead the charge in embedding sustainability into our everyday practices. This is a privilege that we have embraced whole-heartedly.
We didn't just want to offset our emissions, we wanted to go further and make a positive contribution back to the planet so, working with Ecologi, each year Incentivesmart plants enough trees to more than cover our office and vehicle emissions.
We also offer our customers the chance to offset some carbon too and they have the opportunity to plant trees to offset the carbon of their reward and recognition programmes. Additionally, participants of our programmes have the opportunity to use their points to plant trees.
Working with clients, partners and friends we are aiming to plant at least 100,000 trees!!!

The research maps the full ecosystem of global climate change organisations and suggests how these organisations can affect change. Have a read.
Supporting Willen Hospice cycling events
Willen Hospice has a very special place in the hearts of people in the local area. At the toughest time of their lives, they do everything they can so people feel relief from pain and families can enjoy the precious moments they have left together. In the midst of the exhaustion, the pain and the grief, they are there. Their highly skilled professional team provide the best quality and heartfelt care for terminally ill people – and it’s all free to everyone who needs them. To do all of this, they need to raise £4.7 million every year.
Many of our team have had family members or friends who have been cared for by their amazing teams and volunteers so for 2021/22 Incentivesmart are sponsoring all of the Willen Hospice cycling challenges.
As an avid MAMIL (Middle Aged Man in Lycra) our CEO, Rich, has been personally involved in the events, including the 800+ mile Paris to Nice Challenge which took place in Summer 2022.
