How do Incentivesmart's prices compare to other loyalty platforms?
We strongly believe in win:win relationships with our customers which is why we have no set up fees, unless you have bespoke requirements, our management fees are kept lean and rewards points are only billed for when they are redeemed. This pricing model means that we are fully invested in the success of your loyalty programme and you only pay for performance.
How do I know which plan is best for my business?
If you've had a look at what's included in each plan and you're still unsure on which one is best for your business, give us a call. We'll go through your requirements and business model and advise on which plan is more suitable for you.
Can I pay my plan on a monthly basis?
Yes, you can pay for your plan monthly. However, if you pay on an annual basis you'll save 10%.
What type of support is included in each plan?
Every plan includes our proven onboarding and training to get your started, this is tailored based on your requirements and plan.
Your Client Success Manager will offer ongoing support, and training for your stakeholders. Our comprehensive Help Centre and Message Centre offer 24/7 support.
Premium and Enterprise plans offer optional branded telephone, email, SMS and Whatsapp support.
What communications are offered with each plan?
Every plan includes in-built email communications as standard. These include transactional emails to improve acquisition, engagement and retention. For Premium and Enterprise plans these can be fully customised.
We also create monthly rewards focused emails to keep your audience focused on their goals which feature your branding. Fully bespoke emails are also available as an option.
