How much support will I get?

Will I have regular reviews of my programme?

All of our plans include regular check-ins and reviews. Our managed plans include intensive management of your programme, which will include regular strategy reviews, communication planning, objective setting and programme audits  to ensure objectives are being met. 

How do you support the users of my programme?

Your programme will include a branded live chat member support where your users can reach out to our team for support. Whether this is related to a reward order, navigating on the programme or any other questions they have, we're here to help.

As standard, we endeavour to respond to all support questions within 1 working hour. For those on the enterprise plan, we can create a bespoke service level agreement.
