Holly joined the Incentivesmart family in 2022 as a Digital Designer. As part of the Creative team, Holly supports clients with making their customer loyalty or employee engagement programmes look beautiful, as well as designing emails and print projects.
Holly is Mum to two little girls who keep her and her husband on their toes! As a family, they enjoy going on adventures outdoors as well as cosy days on the sofa, watching Disney or nature programmes.

Hi Holly! Let’s start with a bit about your work background and experience.
I started as a Receptionist at Rightmove and worked my way up to a Graphic Designer, creating web banners for the Estate Agents and Developers on site. I also worked on putting together and sending out online property magazines.
What’s your favourite thing about Incentivesmart?
The people. Since joining earlier this year, I have been welcomed in and have felt part of the Incentivesmart family from day one.
Tell us a bit about life at home.
I have two beautiful and funny daughters who keep me and my husband very busy. We love getting outside and going on walks and adventures, as well as cosy days on the sofa watching Disney films or nature programmes. I also love a bit of baking when I have the time.
Let’s do some quick-fire questions… Favourite biscuit?
Tough one… but it’s got to be a dark chocolate digestive! (Bourbon is not far behind)
Go-to karaoke song?
I’m not the best singer so avoid karaoke… But if I had to I would pick a Disney song as I’d know the words!
Ideal Friday night?
Dinner with friends and/or family, wine and some games.
