Meet the Team – Rich

Rich joined Incentivesmart in 2020 as the Head of Client Success. As part of the Leadership team, Rich leads and supports our talented CSM team, helping our clients achieve value and success from their engagement, loyalty and reward programmes.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys pretty much anything sport-related, particularly rugby, and spending time with his family.

We absolutely love having Rich be part of our leadership team! Let’s get to know him…

Hi Rich! Let’s start with a bit about your work background and experience.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work in some exciting roles and industries. Spending a number of years working with major FMCG and retail clients providing virtual reality and image recognition solutions, and more recently working with industry leaders and challengers at Incentivesmart, helping to create #RewardingRelationships between businesses, employees and customers.

Working across Sales, Client Management and Client Success provides an opportunity to be involved with every area of the business. Understanding and helping to identify what success looks like for a programme, and working together to achieve the desired behaviours and outcomes is key to our most effective programmes. It’s great to be part of this rapidly growing business. I’m excited to see how we continue to evolve and how I learn and grow alongside it!

What’s your favourite thing about Incentivesmart?

Working with a great team, great clients and with a platform that rewards people for doing great things!

Tell us a bit about life at home.

When I’m not at work I spend most of my time with my young-ish family! I can find enjoyment from almost any sport with rugby topping the list, where I help coach my sons team, go to the occasional Northampton Saints game and watch at home, when I can get away with it.

If the kids aren’t training or competing at swimming and other various activities, we love trying new experiences whether its food, activities or new places to visit.

Guilty pleasure … I love a jigsaw!

Any song that isn’t being sung by me! It wouldn’t be fair to put others through it, so singing is reserved for the car or when nobody can hear me.
